Charles Foster Renn is a character in Cyberpunk 2077: Blackout.

Officially, DMS stands for Diverse Media Systems. But for me... the D in DMS stands for dreams. Happy people with perfect lives don't dream. And we're a company for dreamers.[1]

Charles was the Night City CEO of Diverse Media Systems.[1] Around May 2077, he resigned after an anonymous source released a datachip owned by him which contained a contract between DMS and various major corporate clients around Night City. The NCPD confirmed this data by stating they had found DMS was being paid to code subliminal advertisements into their costumer's braindances, eventually causing them to buy the products of the corporate clients of DMS. This discovery caused the company stocks to fall around 50%, with a reported drop of BD sales of around 70%.[2]
