Blue Moon (ブルームーン),[1] or Aoi Tsuki[1] (青い月), is the pseudonym of one of the members of the Japanese girl group Us Cracks.

Biography
A Japanese descendent born in the NUSA, Blue Moon was among the three girls chosen to sign a deal with MSM MediaCorp, who at the time were looking for candidates with the perfect blend of charisma, talent and stage presence in order to complete against the more successful AIs making music - the other two being Red Menace and Purple Force. Named Us Cracks, the band swiftly became a world sensation.[2]
Being part of a globally-followed music sensation, Blue is not a stranger to psychofans. Once one appears during her stay in Night City, she hired V, a mercenary met through rock legend Kerry Eurodyne, to help her resolve the issue.
Depending on V's actions during this contract, the situation can be fatal for the object of the psychofan's fixation.[3]

V has an opportunity to flirt with Blue Moon a bit and ask her out for a dinner, but she'll comment that she'd love to but wouldn't have time since she's back on tour next day. V will tell her to look out for herself, adding "See ya!"
