A missile launcher in the palm of your hand (more or less literally).

This implant allows you to aim and launch an explosive projectile that deals massive Physical damage.

Projectiles can be charged, and gain 30% increased damage, 25% increased explosion radius and have a 40% increased chance to dismember.

Can be purchased from any Ripperdoc after reaching level 10. Rarity increases every 5 levels.
