This implant reduces the cooldowns of all cyberware by −5.0-7.5% after neutralizing an enemy.

• Patch 2.1 - Decreased Cooldown reduction.
• Patch 2.11 - Will now also reduce cooldown when neutralizing an enemy non-lethally. Decreased Cyberware Cost from 55 to 48.
