Salvaging Night City is a free DLC for Cyberpunk RED. It is included in Interface RED Vol. 3.

Description

Salvaging is a new downtime activity allowing your Edgerunner to dive into the wreckage and scrapyards of Night City in order to find new items to keep or sell. Be careful, though. Salvaging's a boom or bust sort of pastime. Sometimes, you'll find something amazing! Other times, you'll find hardly anything at all. Or worse, you'll encounter some nastiness.[1]
