Overview

This was another combat gang based in the Combat Zone in South Night City. Members had to have at least three years of combat experience before becoming "full" members of Blood & Tears. They were one of the nastiest gangs in the area, with the group's trademark being the removal of both eyes (including cyber) from their victims.
