Virginia
Virginia is a state within the New United States of America.
Overview
When The Collapse happened, the state of Virginia put in the effort to keep its people employed, including the construction of ports that quickly became the favourite of European ships coming into the country. This bought heavy immigration, and with the additional manpower they were able to build a tunnel through the Appalachian Mountains directly into West Virginia to facilitate trade. It still retains one of the best economies of any state in the New United States.[1]
