If you saved Goro Takemura during Search and Destroy, this achievement is automatically rewarded upon finishing Where is My Mind?, i.e., the ending that results from calling Hanako Arasaka at the end of Nocturne Op55N1. If you did not save Takemura, even if you later side with Arasaka, this achievement will not unlock.
