Seraph

Seraph is an Iconic variant of the Constitutional Arms Liberty in Cyberpunk 2077.

The pistol was formerly owned by Sebastian Ibarra.

Seraph has an iconic modifier that causes it to fire explosive rounds but without the ability to ricochet. Each subsequent hit against enemies grants a 10% chance to apply a unique Burn. This effect lasts for 5 seconds and can stack up to 10 times.

The unique Burn applied does not deal damage but multiplicatively increases the damage of subsequent hits by 25%. This Burn lasts indefinitely or until the target has been neutralized.
