Overview
The K-Tech All-Purpose Soundproofing Solution is a housing accessory in which soundproofing panels are installed into the purchasers apartment, installed by a trained technician (whom always shows up late and expects a 20eb tip before they even begin). It is impossible to hear anything through the panelling without Amplified Hearing or similar technology.[1]
