Icer
The Icer is a cyberware implant for the arms/hand introduced in Cyberpunk 2020.
Overview
The Icer is a CO2 fire Extinguisher installed into the cyber-arm, the cyberware can also blind opponents. Popular with most cyberware enhanced fireman, the Icer has a 2 meter target range.[1]
