The Hydro-Technics Building was located in the Charter Hill district of Night City.

Overview

At some point during or after 2011, Hydrosubsidium opened a research facility in Charter Hill and constructed the Hydro-Technics Building as their main offices in Night City. The corporation was known to be conducting operations of a secretive nature in the trenches of Del Coronado Bay to the west.

While the research facility on the waterfront was generally believed to be the main city offices of the company, this building was the actual heart of the local branch, as well as where most of the theoretical research was done.
