Harlan Briggs, also known as Hammer, is a Solo in Cyberpunk RED.

Biography

Harlan Briggs joined the military to drag himself out of poverty. It was in the military that he realized he had a penchant for violence, but not for taking orders. After some “discipline problems” and a lack of advancement opportunities past “cannon fodder” Hammer decided to get out and go into business for himself.

Hammer tends to deal with problems directly and forcefully. He remains loyal to his clients and makes sure to see the job through, holding a “nothing personal, just business” attitude. He does get distracted by his desire to impress others.
