Emerald City

Overview
Emerald City was originally a Biotechnica painkiller called Securicine, which was stolen from a laboratory by the Yellow Brick Road Gang and reproduced. The drug prevents its user from feeling pain, but can also cause increased aggression and delusions. Overuse causes permanent delusions but without the increased agression.[1][2]
