Dead Ringer (blue hair)
Dead Ringer (blue hair) is a character introduced in Cyberpunk RED.
Biography
Dead Ringers are a pair of identical Bozos. Though hard to tell apart, they do have some distinguishing features. The blue haired one is more outspoken and attention-seeking. In combat, she is known to juggle poison grenades or vials, run around the field, and set fire to things. She essentially acts as the distraction while her sister attempts to pick your pocket. They are known to have a strong fan following online. There is a prevailing rumor that they are part of a family of Bozos and possibly related to Blammo.[1]
