The Caretaker's Spade has an iconic modifier that restores 12.5% of the user's Health after neutralizing an enemy.

Acquisition

• Knockin' on Heaven's Door - Leaning against some rocks in the central area of the Arasaka Tower jungle floor, near the conference table.
  • After obtaining the Caretaker's Spade in the aforementioned quest and finishing the game, upon returning to the "Point of No Return," the player will be rewarded with one.

Trivia

• It is a reference to the unique spade that can be obtained in The Witcher 3's Hearts of Stone expansion.
