Bree Whitney is a Media in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty.

Biography
In 2077, Bree had to leave Night City after the NCPD issued an order for her capture. She managed to get access into Dogtown through the northern gate.[1][2]
At the end of Shot by Both Sides, Bree can survive the encounter or be killed by V or Dante Caruso.

BREE WHITNEY
A media for whom, until recently, writing for screamsheets was her bread and butter. But Bree always wanted something more from life. She finally stumbled across a serious story, and although it got red-hot, she decided not to let it go. Now she's rummaging through corp closets for skeletons - a lucrative commodity in Night City that could either earn you stacks, or more commonly a bullet to the head.
Bree is paranoid and stressed, but that's hardly surprising given the circumstances. She knows what she wants and intends to achieve it regardless of the price. She is secretive and careful with her words - saving them instead for her articles.
