Biography

80/20 is a loan shark who runs his business out of his uncle Norman's bar in a defunct walk-in-freezer that's fitted with ventilation. It is rumored that he shoves loan defaulters into his meat grinder and serves them to his guests. If your looking for a Fixer who has his ears out for less than legal street acquisitions, 80/20 is your man.
