2nd Amendment is a store chain in Cyberpunk 2077.
Overview
2nd Amendment is a weapon store chain conceived by Budget Arms. Their flagship products, Carnage, Guillotine and Add-Vantage, can be found at every store, with some advertised to offer the CRISP-er as well.[1] Due to high demand for weaponry in Night City, most of the franchise holders located there also offer weapons produced by the various competitors of Budget Arms.[2]
