The "Wendigo" is a nomad version of the sports car Shion, a vehicle manufactured by Mizutani in Cyberpunk 2077.

Thanks to its upgrades, this model is capable of going at full speed even in temperatures above 135F.

The Wendigo is a Wraiths customized Mizutani Shion, similar to how the Aldecaldos modified theirs into a Coyote.
