I had the details of vol.1, I'm trying to get the next two volumes, it will take about a week to sort as I'm aboutto have my wisdom teeth out tomorrow. I will add, the official publishers did not mind these publications so they are not offical, but they were written with permission. This is why they were able to carry the "Cyberpunk" logo on them. They were 3rd party supplements, something which occurs now with DnD and Pathfinder. So long as they had premssion they could wear the CP logo. I don't know the details of them fully beyond this though.

There were also magazines that had permission to print additional content, though these were mixed in with other stuff from other RPGs.

Edit: I honestly didn't know if stuff like Punk '21 counted when I wrote it, it and Interface are the two major license 3rd party additions which had more then one number to their name, though there were others.
