Andrew Jones is the sheriff of the Southern Californian town of Yucca in Los Padres County.

Biography
Andrew Jones served in a NUSA military special forces (Green Berets) operations unit known as the "Silver Shoguns" during the Unification War against the Free States. After the war ended, Jones became the sheriff of the small town of Yucca, Los Padres County, in the Badlands of the NUSA-loyalist state of Southern California. He bore a strong prejudice against outsiders to Yucca, especially nomads.
If V has the Nomad lifepath, Sheriff Jones caught V in Mike's autoshop. After probing V's intentions and confirming his suspicion they were a nomad, Jones denied V permission to use the nearby telecom tower and ordered them to leave Yucca immediately.[1]
