Edward Kilmartin
Edward Kilmartin is a character in the Cyberpunk universe.
Biography
Edward Kilmartin was an Irish beat NCPD cop in Night City. In 2020, he worked as a local patrol officer around Little Italy. Edward had knowledge of where all the Mob businesses were located, but he didn't rat them out as he believed that the Mob was a lesser evil than the corporations.[1]
