HellBurner

HellBurner is anti-system program electronic vandalism package written by the nefarious 'Ware Wolf for anti-system operations, HellBurner goes beyond the merely temporary effects of such programs as Krash. HellBurner sends signals to the attacked system which toggles the on/off function hundreds of times per second, causing the target's CPU to overheat and destroy itself (an anti-system roll similar to Flatline, but it can only affect one CPU at a time). A successful attack requires that the targeted CPU unit be entirely replaced, which (as any corporate accountant will tell you) can cost anywhere up to 10,000eb depending on the system!
