Coronado is a significant area within Night City, featuring various locations and landmarks.

Geographical Features

Del Coronado Bay is a large bay located west of Night City. It is also referred to as Morro Bay in the context of Cyberpunk 2020. The Coronado Bay Bridge, a suspension bridge, spans a portion of Del Coronado Bay and connects Central Night City to the suburb of North Oak.

Coronado Dam

Coronado Dam is an arch dam situated in the Santo Domingo district of southeastern Night City. Built in the late 20th century, it served as a reservoir for water and electricity. By 2077, the dam appeared abandoned, with barred doors and no personnel present. The reservoir basin was empty and overrun with junk from a municipal landfill. Activists demanded a clean-up of the Coronado Dam basin in 2077.

Coronado Heights

Coronado Heights is an apartment complex located in the Rancho Coronado suburb of Night City. It is situated on the hills bordering Rancho Coronado and Pacifica, offering beautiful views, including a good view of Playland by the Sea. The area was notable for the presence of various gang members, including Voodoo Boys, Steel Vaqueros, and 6th Street members, leading to high tensions.

Coronado Bay Cinema

Coronado Bay Cinema is an abandoned movie theater located in Dogtown, within the Pacifica district of southern Night City. It can be found on Ronald Reagan Avenue and is a location where River Ward can smuggle generators to Paco Torres.
