The Pacifica Serenity Bible Church is situated in Coastview, within the Pacifica district of southern Night City. It is a simple brick-and-mortar place of worship that was originally intended to connect to a neighboring hotel complex funded by Rothman Castern, which was never completed due to the Unification War.
Community Role
The church became functional as a local community meeting place and serves primarily as such. It features several digital confession booths where players can pay tithes to break the chain of their sin, accompanied by an animation of handcuffs breaking. After paying tithes, players are informed that their sins have been forgiven.
Gang Association and Features
The church is also known to be a hideout for the Voodoo Boys gang. Additionally, the chapel's unfinished basement connects to an old abandoned tunnel used for the Maglev Network.
In Popular Culture
The Pacifica Serenity Bible Church is featured in the video game Cyberpunk 2077 and is associated with the company CD Projekt S.A. It is also mentioned in the Edgerunner's Handbook.
