The Skipper is a character associated with the Randy Dandy, a bar and ferry located in Flotsam, a drift town in Cyberpunk 2077.

Randy Dandy

The Randy Dandy is a passenger ferry and bar located in Flotsam, in Del Coronado Bay. It was owned by a sea nomad known as the Skipper. The Randy Dandy was built inside a passenger ferry usually moored in Flotsam. Skipper's rule was "don't start none, won't be none." The Blackbeard was the Randy Dandy's signature drink during the 2040s, costing 20eb per shot.

Flotsam

Flotsam is a drift town located in the Port district of central Night City, in Del Coronado Bay. It was a collection of ships moored in the harbor of Night City, consisting of several larger vessels ran aground and connected by smaller boats. Flotsam could only be accessed via a boat or swimming and had been there since at least prior to 2035. By 2045, Flotsam was still in the same place and was controlled by sea nomads, dedicated mostly to smuggling and salvage operations. Residents of Flotsam lived in small houseboats and farmed seaweed and fish for sustenance.

Relationship with Xiaolajiao

Xiaolajiao was abandoned in Flotsam by a people-smuggler around 2035. Skipper semi-adopted Xiaolajiao as a surrogate sibling.
