Leon Aslan Hagar often more commonly known as Turk is a rogue cop from Night City. After a series of incidents his badge was taken away. However he was offered another job, to join the S.A.R.O. Organization. He became first member of S.A.R.O.

After becoming a member he was sent to Japan in a joint operation with another paramilitary agency located in Tokyo. Turk is a cybered maniac, sporting an almost entire full body cyberware Shell.
