- The names JC and Little Smoke are direct references to the characters Carl "CJ" Johnson and Melvin "Big Smoke" Harris from the 2004 videogame Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. The line "all you had to do was follow the damn train, CJ!" originates from the mission Wrong Side of the Tracks and is considered one of the most memorable lines throughout the entire Grand Theft Auto series.
