Kane Nove
Finale is a character introduced in Cyberpunk RED.
Biography
Originally a street punk by the name of Kane Nove, he mouthed off about his local ripperdoc, who in revenge wired his jaw shut and dumped him into the bay. However, he was "rescued" by Big Top and his circus, who found his predicament hilarious, only enraging him further. He channels his rage towards Night City's citizen and anyone else pointed out by Bozos. Rumors suggest that Big Top has promised he'll free Finale's jaw when he's "earned his tongue", but this seems unlikely.[1]
