Denny is a minor character and the ex-drummer of the band Samurai.[1]

Biography

2000s

Denny was the drummer for the band Samurai until their breakup, after which she joined the band Mastermind.[1] Denny had a relationship with Henry sometime after the band broke up.[2]

2077

Before 2077, Denny helped Henry get out of a tough situation where he was addicted to drugs. She managed to get him a good gig and a decent band to work with. Even after helping him, Henry kicked Denny out of his life after he didn't need her anymore. A month later after continued partying, Henry's band kicked him out after he starting acting up again and he went back to Denny begging her for help on the street. She left him and made sure he could never find her again.

In 2077, Denny moved to the North Oak area of Night City. Kerry attempted to contact Denny for a reunion of Samurai in honor of Silverhand. However, Henry crashed a cement truck into her house and filled the pool with cement to her outrage. V who accompanied Kerry had to then make a choice picking either Henry or Denny to join them on stage, as Denny refused to play with Henry.[2]

Samurai Reunion

After V chose Denny, she then prepared for the night of the secret concert in Red Dirt. Upon everyone's arrival she spoke with V about her past with Henry and what her thoughts were on the special show. Denny mentioned she actually missed Johnny and the show wouldn't be the same without him. After a successful show, Denny went on back to her life.[2]

I hustled my ass here so your producer can stop blowing up my holo – you're welcome 'bout that, by the way. Nothing personal, sweetie, but you know what? The media's been dead a long time. People before you used to have a backbone to dig up shit on the megacorps. And now you only care about my shithead ex who dumped cement in my pool. Facts don't make you tick. Social responsibility of the media? Nope. You're just feeding stale vomit to your braindead audience and they fuckin' love it. What about important topics that really deserve public attention, like that our planet will soon become inhabitable? Or that the wealth gap keeps increasing? Nope. Let's talk about the epic drama of a former star. WOOHOO.[3]
