Choom Goes Vroom is located in Woodland Park, in the Heywood suburb of Night City.

Overview

Choom Goes Vroom is an all-service maintenance located on a parking lot right next to the Shark apartment building in Woodland Park. Both are owned by fixer Billy Flight, whose office can be found inside a cargo container on the northwestern corner of the lot. The three notorious parking elevators lift and store cars five levels high.[1]

When Billy first moved into Woodland Park, he put up a shingle advertising his services as Choom Goes Vroom, an all-service on-the-spot fix-it shop. Over time, he made enough money and contacts to become a notable local fixer.[2]
