Overview

Choom Goes Vroom is an all-service maintenance located on a parking lot right next to the Shark apartment building in Woodland Park. Both are owned by fixer Billy Flight, whose office can be found inside a cargo container on the northwestern corner of the lot. The three notorious parking elevators lift and store cars five levels high.

When Billy first moved into Woodland Park, he put up a shingle advertising his services as Choom Goes Vroom, an all-service on-the-spot fix-it shop. Over time, he made enough money and contacts to become a notable local fixer.
