Alan R. Noël is a Netwatch agent (id: 32387). His blood type is O-.

When V met him in 2077, he had been infiltrating the Voodoo Boys in Dogtown for months, which he hated. He tried to convince V not to kill Milko, the local Voodoo Boys lead netrunner, in order to make the greater VDB criminal network fall.

A NetWatch agent under cover as a mole within the Voodoo Boys of Dogtown. His mission: investigate the gang's practice of hacking the implants of people who refuse to do their bidding, often resulting in their deaths.
Despite spending many long months in the criminal underworld, Alan has not shown any inclination to switch sides. Some say his strong moral backbone is what keeps him on the straight and narrow; others, that it's his sheer ambition and obsessive need to rise up the corp's ranks.
One thing is certain - if the clandestine op proves successful, Alan Noël's advancement up the corporate hierarchy is all but guaranteed.
