The Revulsor is an Iconic variant of the Reflex Tuner Cyberware for the Nervous System in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty.

Overview

This implant automatically slows down time by 40-60% for 3,5-4.5 seconds when your Health drops below 25%. This effect does not slow down movement speed.

This ability has a 50-35 second cooldown.
