Mancinella is an Iconic variant of the Darra Polytechnic DR-5 Nova in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty.

A replica of the original weapon used by Cuban assassin-for-hire Aguilar Nubiola. It is named after the Manchineel, a highly toxic Caribbean plant which produces a fruit known as "manzanilla de la muerte." — Spanish for "little apple of death."

The Mancinella has an iconic modifier that attaches a unique silencer and gives headshots a 33% chance to apply Poison. After exiting stealth, the stealth bonuses of 250% increased damage and silent killing remain active for 3 seconds.

The Mancinella has 50% increased effective range but cannot ricochet.

Trivia

• The small wording at each side of the revolver reads "morir envenenado," which is Spanish for "dying from poison" — a nod to the gun's name and its iconic effect.
