Overview

This page lists all Cyberware in Cyberpunk 2077 and Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty. There are several rarity levels available for acquisition, ranging from Tier 1 to Tier 5, which can be purchased starting at various levels: Tier 1 at level 1, Tier 2 at level 10, Tier 3 at level 20, Tier 4 at level 30, and Tier 5 at level 40. Cyberware can be upgraded in rarity with corresponding Item Components at Ripperdocs.

Stat Bonuses and Upgrades

Cyberware has specific stat bonuses at Tier 1 and Tier 2 Rarity. A third stat may be unlocked by learning the Driver Update perk. Cyberware bonuses become locked until the next shop reset, and the Chipware Connoisseur perk allows selecting from a new set of bonuses. At Tier 3 and higher, two new sets of bonuses will be available. Offered stat bonuses can be refreshed by upgrading a different piece of cyberware, and all Cyberware will offer the same sets of stat bonuses for upgrades to a particular tier.

Specific Cyberware Effects

Max RAM can increase by 20-23% when available RAM falls to 15-20%. Kerenzikov enhances user's speed and reflexes, reducing stamina cost from shooting by 100%. Mechatronic Core increases damage against drones and robots by 15-40%. Quantum Tuner restores cooldown of cyberware after use. Self-ICE automatically negates an enemy quickhack. Chrome Compressor increases Cyberware Capacity by 40-70. Berserk allows you to increase your Offensive capabilities with different tiers providing varying capacities.

Cooldowns and Durations

Berserk has a duration of 8-11 seconds with a cooldown of 45-25 seconds. Cyberdecks allow you to perform quickhacks on targets and devices while scanning, with enemies taking 40% longer to trace your position. Various quickhacks have specific effects, such as +5 RAM after performing a Takedown and +15% duration for Combat quickhacks.

Weapon and Damage Types

Smart weapons and Monowire deal bonus Electrical damage. Gorilla Arms and Mantis Blades deal Physical and Thermal damage with associated chances for Bleeding and Burn effects. The Projectile Launch System launches an explosive projectile that deals massive Physical damage, with charged shots gaining +30% damage and +25% explosion radius.

Optics and Detection

Kiroshi Optics Tier 1 reduces camera detection speed by 20-44% and provides optical zoom when scanning. Behavioral Imprint-synced Faceplate alters physical and digital identity with a cooldown of 1500 seconds. Various tiers of Optics highlight enemies and devices within specific ranges.

Miscellaneous Effects

Effects can stack, and various tattoos provide enhancements such as smart-targeting in Smart weapons and increased lock-on speed. Adrenaline Converter increases movement speed when entering combat, while other perks enhance health regeneration and damage mitigation.
