Errata

Errata is an Iconic variant of the Katana in Cyberpunk 2077.

Overview

A military katana modified to have a glowing tempered blade.

Errata has an iconic modifier which allows the user to perform leap attacks to enemies, as well as guaranteeing Critical Hits on enemies that are Burning.

It has a 10% increased chance to inflict a Burn.

Acquisition

• Disasterpiece – Can be found at the forge inside the Electric Corporation Power Plant.
• Can be purchased from Herold Lowe at the EBM Petrochem Stadium if not looted from the above location.

Notes

• Before its addition in Patch 2.0, the weapon was frequently a topic of discussion on various media websites on how and where to find it, as it did not make it to the game in release after being teased in the Tools of Destruction video. This coincidentally could also explain the reason for naming it Errata, as it was a missing weapon that people expected to be in the game.

Trivia

• The Errata appears as Silverhand's Katana in Fortnite Chapter 6, Season 1 alongside V, Johnny Silverhand and several other cosmetic items as part of the Night City Denizens Set.
