Overview

The book goes into detailing regarding the chaos of the economic collapse of the USA, the aftermath and the new America that rose in its place. There is a short timeline that encompasses the years between 1990 and 2020 that gives readers information on when the various events such as the Central American Conflicts, the space wars and the corporate wars took place.

The book discusses the current American government, its current President Jonathan Seward, and how it operates - with the three state representatives replacing the House. The Military is also greatly expanded, which is covered along with a look into the Central American Wars, Martial Law, and the concept of The COG, or Combined Operations Groups.

The second half of the book introduces the new Military Character class and gives a brief paragraph of information on each state.
