Hi, i am under the Impression that trademark refers exclusively to video games, and that Mike pondsmith (and by extension rtg) owns the copyright to the cyberpunk series.

If you don't mind me asking, you speak as if you know Mike, forgive me if I don't recognize your name, but did you work on Cyberpunk or something?
