There is really no US flag depiction where we have clear visual of what it looks like in 2077. The flag I originally placed was what we understood the flag to look like in the upcoming game at the time. There is currently no lore on the matter and all we have to go on is the blurry visual we see in the gameplay demos. So it could be 13 stars which could possibly represent 13 free states of the US, but that's just speculation of my part. I see what you mean, it does look like 13 stars.. so we definitely can swap the flag with this updated one. But things can change in the future. I hope this answer was helpful.
