I was looking at some Cyberpunk stuff and turns out the Wraights are actually a misspelled version of the Wraiths in this article, [[1]] the Wraiths are already in the story of 2020 and fit what Cyberpunk 2077's twitter showed today that the Wraiths are in the Nomad territory [[2]].
