This implant allows the use of the smart-targeting module on Smart Weapons.

This implant directly links the user's optical implant to the weapon's system, offering real-time data-tracking of the weapon info.

Starting from Tier 3, this implant gives Smart weapons +10/15/20% lock-on speed and a 20% smaller targeting reticle.
