South Carolina is a state within the New United States of America.

Overview

South Carolina is apposed to the dictatorial governments of the other Dixie states, but the constant threat of terrorism from Georgia and Alabama has turned South Carolina into just as much of a police state as them. Though the police don’t act like martial law is in effect, they are fully authorised to assault and kill anyone that looks suspicious.
