SoSushiMe was a store located in the Main Shopping Concourse of the New Harbor Mallplex.

Overview

SoSushiMe was the product of two lawyers in the early twenty-first century who came up with the idea of marketing prepackaged sushi in seaweed cartons to save unnecessary waste. By 2020, with over 2000 locations in existence, this franchise became one of the most popular eating establishments in the corporate world.[1]
