Aaron McCarlson Sergeant A corrupt officer who slept his way up the NCPD ladder and amassed major influence in the department in the process. He also consulted on an investigative reporting show produced by Regina Jones, and was a colleague of Anna Hamill.
Anna Hamill Cop An honest and driven officer. When she starts digging into a Tyger Claws smuggling racket in a Kabuki market that the other officers in her precinct were being bribed to turn a blind eye to, they pay Regina Jones to have her silenced.
Barry Lewis Cop Colleague of Nadia Petrova and Juan Mendez. Has had a mental breakdown and locked himself inside his apartment.
Bill Adams[4] Cop A colleague of Anna Hamill. He and Captain Robert Kowalsky hired Regina Jones to have Hamill silenced when she refused to stop investigating a smuggling ring in Kabuki.
Coleridge Commissioner Mentioned in a N54 News report after completing The Pickup in a way where Meredith Stout recovers the stolen Militech convoy. Commissioner Coleridge and Stout hold a joint press conference after NCPD agrees to buy several Centaur exosuits from Militech.
David Beemer Unknown Sold the names and details of recent immigrants to Jae-Hyun Lee, a Scavenger who operated a slave trading ring in Night City.[5]
Gonaghal Detective Assigned to the "Peter Pan" child abductions case. Considered by Det. River Ward to be lazy and incompetent.
Harold Han Detective Partner of Det. River Ward. Ordered by Deputy Mayor Weldon Holt to carry out the cover-up of the shady circumstances of Mayor Lucius Rhyne's death.
Henry Stints Inspector Grew up on the streets with Jackie Welles and became an NCPD officer. He went on to bust Jackie on many occasions.
Jasmine Dixon Sergeant Member of the NCPD since 2061. Sent to the Night City Center for Psychiatric Health, a psych ward, after overhearing illicit dealings in her precinct and reporting it to her supervisor. Her husband hires Muamar Reyes to have her broken out.
Jerry Fawlter Commissioner Is involved in numerous illicit dealings.
Juan Mendez Cop Partnered with Nadia Petrova. Checks on ex-cop Barry Lewis after he quits the police force.
Nadia Petrova Cop Partnered with Juan Mendez. Checks on ex-cop Barry Lewis after he quits the police force.
River Ward Detective Partner of Det. Harold Han. Suspended from duty for pushing too hard for the inquest into the death of Mayor Lucius Rhyne to be reopened.
Robert Kowalsky Captain Anna Hamill's superior officer. Shut down her investigation into a smuggling ring in Kabuki. He and Bill Adams hired Regina Jones to have Hamill silenced.
Sara Krakosky Lieutenant Official spokesperson of the NCPD. Was a guest on Night After Night with Ziggy Q, and was unable to answer Ziggy Q's questions about when the NCPD would finally have Night City's crime under control.
Unnamed Police Chief Chief of Police The former head of the DataTerm sales department, who became chief of police when the NCPD was privatized. He fired half of the force and ordered beat cops to stop arresting and start writing tickets, improving the NCPD's profitability and causing an unprecedented spike in Night City's crime rate.
Wesley Avedon Unknown Discovered that fellow cop David Beemer was selling names of recent arrivals in Night City to Jae-Hyun Lee and attempted to blackmail him for a cut of the profits.[6]
