Nadya Papayanova

Nadya Papayanova (Надя Папаянова) manages a snuff braindance production crew out of an electronics plant in Arroyo, Santo Domingo. She held Evelyn Parker in the facility during the Disasterpiece quest, preparing to sell her to an unknown buyer. She appears in many of the Electric Corporation power plant's emails.
