The NORPAC Naval Headquarters was a military harbor facility part of the greater NorCal Military Base, within the city of North Oak.
Overview
Around 2020, the harbor was the headquarters of the Northern Pacific Task Force 384 of the U.S. Navy. The NORPAC Task Force was composed of a small fleet which included the carrier John F. Kennedy, the cruisers Ticonderoga and Washington, and their assorted support frigates and destroyers. The group operated out of Del Coronado Bay.[1]
