Right after you finish Double Life, you'll need to call Mr. Hands, the fixer for Pacifica, for assistance in getting in touch with the Voodoo Boys. He'll note it'll be almost impossible as they keep to themselves but will check for you. Sometime later he'll call you with an update: as expected they're not interested in whatever you have but incidentally they have a job that needs to be done and so Mr. Hands volunteered you to assist them which, if done right, will then allow you an audience with their leader, Brigitte.

Journal Entry

Well, we know the Voodoo Boys were behind all this, so that's one step forward. Problem is, now we have to reach them somehow - two steps back. There are a lot of things to be found in Pacifica, just usually not what you're looking for. Good news is you already got your fixer: a man without a face to help you find this fart in the wind. Sounds like a fun fuckin' delight.

Objectives

• Call Mr. Hands.
• Pursue other leads until Mr. Hands calls back.
• Talk to Mr. Hands.
• Go to the chapel.
• Meet with your contact at the altar.
• Go to the butcher shop.
• Ask the vendor for Placide.
• Look into the camera.
• Find Placide in the back of the shop.
• Talk with Placide.
• Follow Placide.
• Sit.
• Talk to Placide.

Notes

• After Placide butchers the chicken, he will leave the iconic Butcher's Cleaver behind, allowing for V to loot it.

Trivia

• "M'ap tann pèlen" translates from Creole as "I'm waiting for a trap". It is the name of one the songs of Bizango, a secret society within the Haitian Vodou culture.
