Joe Montenegro is player of Night City Rangers.
Softspoken and shy, with a throwing arm described by sportswriter Mace Roberts of Night City Today as "the greased railway express", Montenegro is the lynchpin of a team built on its passing offense. His uncanny accuracy has often raised accusations that "Mountain Joe's" piercing blue eyes are actually cybernetic implants, but so far the NFL holds these rumors unfounded.[1]
