Overview
This group was a posergang of serial killers that liked to emulate the historical character of Jack the Ripper. They targeted joygirls (prostitutes) all over Night City, and by 2020 were responsible for at least a hundred deaths over the last 3 years. It was initially assumed by some witnesses that the killings were the work of a single serial killer, but the NCPD determined it was actually an entire gang of derange individuals.
The Rippers were identifiable by their same clothing; long old-style 18th century overcoats and silk top hats. They had no territory, and only attacked during the night. Their objectives were random, but the victims were always alone.[1]
